Lauren Baverstock

Lauren is a Level 4 Sports Massage and Dry Needling (western acupuncture) therapist with Level 2 Reiki. From September 2024 she will be undertaking a 5 year part time degree in Osteopathy at the University of Osteopathy/Health Sciences.

Lauren holds a BA Hons Degree, PGCE & QTS in Sport and Physical Education, has lived abroad in Taiwan, Shanghai and Germany and has competed for the Great Britain Judo Team. This is where she first discovered her passion for understanding the body and functional movement.

Lauren has also been teaching yoga since 2018. She regularly attends the Mid Essex Buddhist Centre for meditation and has undertaken courses in non violent communication (NVC) as she believes that empathetic listening is a key component to effective communication
