Chris Branch
Chris grew up with a passion for studying human form and function and wanted to be an osteopath at the age of 13. He finally achieved his dream when graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008.
Chris then spent a few years jumping back into post-graduate education to further enhance his skills. With a focus on biomechanics, rehabilitation, and human performance, Chris has completed advanced training in Classical Osteopathy, Applied Functional Science, and Functional Range Conditioning, among others.
In his treatments, Chris combines a deep understanding of movement with a holistic approach to health. He provides a clear diagnosis and treatment plan, aiming to get you pain-free and moving well, while highlighting any lifestyle factors—such as nutrition, exercise, and stress—that may be affecting your recovery. His emphasis on tailored exercises helps patients take control of their health, preventing recurring issues and promoting long-term wellness.
Out of the clinic, Chris trains consistently to prepare for ultramarathons (up to 100-mile distance), and this involves a combination of running and strength training. With his passion for exercise, he can fully sympathise with his injured patients, and wants to get them back to an active lifestyle as quickly as possible.
