What is Nutritional Therapy? Using specific nutrients, foods and adopting beneficial lifestyle habits, nutritional therapy aims to press the body’s reset button.
It is a modern day norm to experience stress, have trouble sleeping, feel low, experience digestive issues and food intolerances but it doesn’t need to be your norm. Lifestyle factors, nutrient deficiencies, genetics and our perception are all factors that can influence our overall health.
Sometimes our health becomes compromised – this can manifest as a skin complaint, an allergy, hormone imbalances, pain, digestive issues, mood disorders, chronic disease, weight gain or loss. Using comprehensive questionnaires, and sometimes, laboratory testing, nutritional therapy get’s to the route cause of a health complaint.
Instead of masking the problem, or using a ‘band-aid’ approach, we provide the body with the tools it needs to repair and rebalance on its own, and to restore health.
By going through a thorough assessment and objective testing, we are able to build a completely unique and personalised plan to repair the gut, improve health and reduce weight.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of private parking, just for you! You can drive down the side of our building to our car park.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, we have a ramp leading up to our back door, and we have a disabled toilet. Our disabled patients have always been happy with our facilities, but it should be noted that we have loose pea-shingle on our car park. This can make it slightly more difficult for wheelchairs, but most mange with no problems.
