Harry initially studied Sport and Exercise Science at Writtle College, and worked as a personal trainer helping people to implement training and lifestyle changes to achieve their goals.
However, he had a desire to be more hands-on and to alleviate people’s pain, and this led him to the four-year osteopathy masters degree.
In practice, Harry uses ‘structural’ osteopathy techniques which include massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation techniques. He is also keen to prescribe exercise and lifestyle tips to help people take control of their health. His background as a PT helps him here!
Outside of work, looking after his own health is a passion of his, and he is in the gym most days. The goal he is currently working towards is to climb Mt Kilimanjaro for charity.
