Our location in Chelmsford, Essex
We love being Chelmsford’s osteopaths and we are very proud of our town. We are located in the centre of the city with free parking at our clinic and easy access by rail from Chelmsford station or by bus with a lot of buses stopping right outside in Parkway.
We are also right next to the Parkway Public Car Park (Mildmay Car Park).
This page shows exactly where we are and also some directions to help you find us.

Walking from Chelmsford Train Station
We are a 10-15 minute walk from the mainline train station. We think the walk through the shopping centre and High Street then over the pretty Stone Bridge (Moulsham Bridge) over the River Can is much nicer, even if it is one minute longer!
Finding us by bus
We are right next to Parkway and the main bus stops for most routes through Chelmsford.
Going west, stop G for the Mildmay Car Park on Parkway serves bus routes 3, 6, 31, 31B, 31C, 31X, 33, 36, 36A, 36B, 36X, 40, 45, 45A, 47, 48A, 51, 54, 56, 57, 57A, 57B, 57C, 71, 71A, 71B, 71C, 71X, 73, 510, 676, Chelmsford Park & Ride, Sandon Park & Ride.
And the same bus routes are served going east at stops Ea, Eb, Ec and Ed on Parkway.
Driving from the West side of Chelmsford
Coming along Parkway from the west, there is no direct way into our car park so you need to go round the Odeon roundabout and turn right into Manor Road then loop round the back of us via Goldlay Road, Mildmay Road and into Rochford Road where you will find us.
Driving from the East side of Chelmsford
You can’t get direct from the roundabout outside into our car park so you need to turn left off the Odeon roundabout and loop round the back via Goldlay Road, Mildmay Road and into Rochford Road where you will find us.
Chelmsford Park and Ride
If you prefer to use the Park and Ride service rather than driving into town, there are direct bus routes from both Chelmer Valley Park and Ride (CM3 3PR) and Sandon Park and Ride (CM2 7RU).

Chelmsford Central Park
One of the things we love about our City is the open spaces and great places to walk, run or play sports to stay fit and healthy. The Central Park, with Bell Meadow and Sky Blue Pasture is a fantastic place to spend time with great facilities for adults and children and even a beautiful lake with plenty of birds.
