We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To accommodate such unforeseen circumstances, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our valued patients:
a. Free Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so without incurring any charges, provided that the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
b. Missed Appointments – First Occurrence: In the event that a cancellation is not made within the 24-hour window and the appointment is missed, a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the booked service will be charged. This is to compensate our professionals for their time which could have been dedicated to another client.
c. Repeated Missed Appointments: If there are ongoing instances of missed appointments without the required 24-hour cancellation notice, the full 100% cost of the service booked will be charged.
